1 Acceptance of Terms & Scope

Welcome to AI Flashcard Maker (the "Service" or "Platform"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and AI Flashcard Maker.

By accessing, browsing, or using our website, document ingestion APIs, card generation engine, adaptive study modes, or export tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any portion of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2 Service Description & Feature Suite

AI Flashcard Maker leverages modern artificial intelligence and cognitive memory science to provide an efficient, intuitive, and interactive study platform:

Multi-Source Flashcard Generation: Upload PDF, PPTX, DOCX, XLSX, EPUB, TXT, Markdown, or image files, paste text, or use supported public article, caption, and audio inputs to create study cards. File batches support up to five files and up to 210,000 extracted characters per generation; select a smaller range or use another generation for longer material;
Adaptive Learning Modes: 3D flip flashcards, multiple choice quizzes (MCQ), true/false checks, written recall fill-in-the-blanks, and diagram occlusion cards;
Spaced Repetition Engine (SRS): Algorithmically scheduled card reviews based on user ratings (Again / Hard / Good / Easy) for maximum retention;
Speed Match Game: Interactive speed-matching challenges linking concepts with accurate definitions;
Full-Featured Export Suite: One-click export to ordinary tab-separated front-and-back text for Anki import, CSV, JSON, or TXT study notes. The service does not create .apkg packages or native Anki Cloze notes.

3 Intellectual Property & Ownership of User Content

You retain any rights you hold in your submitted content: You keep the rights you already hold in your original notes and uploaded files. AI Flashcard Maker does not claim ownership of those materials; third-party rights and applicable law still apply.

Rights concerning generated study content and platform assets:

Rights to Generated Study Cards: You may save, edit, export, and use generated cards for your study. Your use remains subject to applicable law and any third-party rights in the source material.
Protection of Platform Assets: AI Flashcard Maker's name, logos, interface design, and source code are proprietary assets protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized scraping, decompiling, or cloning is strictly prohibited.

4 User Conduct & Acceptable Use Policy

When using the Service, you agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, and strictly refrain from:

Copyright Infringement: Uploading whole copyrighted commercial textbooks, proprietary trade secrets, or materials you do not possess legal authorization to process;
Harmful or Unlawful Content: Transmitting content that is violent, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or violates public safety and decency;
System Abuse & Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or overload platform APIs via malicious automated bots, scrapers, or DDoS attacks;
Compute Scraping: Running automated scripts to repeatedly harvest free AI generation compute.

5 Academic Integrity & AI Assistance Disclaimer

AI Flashcard Maker is designed as an educational comprehension and active recall aid. We champion strict academic integrity:

Supplemental Nature & Fact Verification: While we employ prompt engineering for factual rigor, AI models may occasionally produce imperfect phrasing or nuanced omissions. For high-stakes examinations (medical boards, bar exams, certifications), always cross-reference key facts with official course textbooks.
Prohibition on Cheating: Our tools are built for pre-lecture preparation and post-lecture review. Using the platform to cheat during live examinations or violate academic conduct codes is strictly forbidden.

6 Service Availability & Warranty Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that service operations will be uninterrupted, completely bug-free, or devoid of network latency. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by maintenance, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events.

智能卡片制作（Multi-Source Generation）：支持 PDF、PPTX、DOCX、XLSX、EPUB、TXT、Markdown 和图片文件，也可粘贴文字或使用支持的公开文章、字幕和音频输入。每批最多 5 份文件、每次制卡最多处理 210,000 个提取字符；长资料需选择较小范围并分次生成；
多题型自适应混合（Adaptive Learning Modes）：包含 3D 物理翻转抽认卡（Flashcards）、单选题（Multiple Choice）、判断题（True/False）、填空问答（Written Recall）及遮罩图示题；
间隔重复算法（SRS Engine）：支持基于 Again、Hard、Good、Easy 四档评分的主动回忆复习调度与统计追踪；
配对连连看游戏（Match Game）：提供术语与概念定义的快速竞速连线练习；
全能数据导出与互通（Export Suite）：支持一键导出为可导入 Anki 的普通制表符分隔正反面文本、CSV、JSON 或 TXT 学习笔记。本服务不生成 .apkg 卡包或 Anki 原生 Cloze 笔记。

3 知识产权与用户内容权属声明

您保留已有的原始资料权利：您对原创课堂笔记、讲义摘录、复习提纲和上传文件已有的权利继续归您所有。AI Flashcard Maker 不主张拥有这些资料；第三方权利和适用法律仍然有效。

关于平台生成内容与平台资产的权利明确如下：

生成卡片的使用权：由本平台基于您的内容生成的抽认卡、选择题、解析等衍生学习卡片，您可以保存、编辑、导出并将生成卡片用于学习；使用时仍须遵守适用法律及资料中包含的第三方权利；
平台自有资产保护：AI Flashcard Maker 的名称、标识、界面设计与源代码均受知识产权法律严格保护，未经书面许可不得克隆、抓取或二次打包为竞品软件。

4 用户行为准则与合规使用

使用本服务时，您承诺严格遵守中华人民共和国法律法规及您所在司法管辖区的适用法律，不得利用本平台从事以下行为：

上传侵权内容：上传未经权利人授权的受严格版权保护的整本出版教材、商业机密文档或侵犯他人合法权益的内容；
传播危害信息：上传或生成任何包含暴力、色情、煽动仇恨、虚假欺诈或违反公序良俗的内容；
系统干扰与恶意攻击：试图逆向工程、反编译平台前端代码，或对生成接口发起高并发自动化爬虫攻击（DDoS/Scraping）；
滥用算力资源：利用自动化脚本批量频繁刷取免费 AI 算力。

5 学术诚信与 AI 生成内容免责声明

AI Flashcard Maker 的设计宗旨是辅助理解与强化记忆。我们坚决倡导健康的学术诚信准则：

辅助性质与事实核验：尽管我们采用高精度提示词工程提取学术知识点，但由于生成式 AI 的固有局限性，生成题目与选项仍可能包含极偶发的瑕疵或不完全准确的陈述。用户在备考重要专业考试（如执业医师、法律职业资格等）时，应以权威教科书为最终准绳，自主核验关键结论。
拒绝作弊：本平台工具应作为课前预习与课后温故工具，严禁用于考场作弊或学术不端行为。

6 服务可用性与免责条款
